Hello,

Last week men from your company came to our house at Maginnis Villas in Newry to install a wood burner. We just wanted to write to you to tell you of our experience.

As I said, there was a number of men from you company in our house over two days, and it was an absolute joy to have them here. They were some of the most polite and well mannered work men we have met. They were extremely careful to make sure that the disruption they caused was to a minimum; making sure that whatever mess was created was as small as possible and quickly cleaned up when they were done. At every stage of the process they kept us informed of what they were doing, and what needed to be done next, which was a great help to us, because sometimes people come into your house and just bull away, and you have no clue what they are going to be done to your property.

Unfortunately, the job they had to do here was not a straight forward one, and part of the wall had to be opened up in one of the rooms to clear a blockage. But we would like you to pass on our thanks to all three men involved in the work here, because they tried their best to clear the blockage by every other means before finally having to open up the wall. But even with this having to be down, the work was done quickly and cleanly, and to the highest professional standards.

We do hope that you pass on our utmost thanks to all the men who were with us for those two days, because they were completely professional, and are a wonderful representation of your company. 

We will be recommending your company to friends and family, and spreading the word of the extremely high standards your company and employees work to, and we would be very happy if you wanted to use any of our comments in any promotional material you may produce.

Once again, thanks to you and to the men who were working at our house, we hope you pass our thanks on to them
